Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original research articles, reviews, and communications that fall within the scope of the journal. Please ensure your manuscript adheres to the following guidelines:

• Manuscripts must be submitted in English.
• Prepare your manuscript using our standard template (link to template if available).
• Ensure all figures and tables are cited in the text and numbered sequentially.
• Provide complete affiliation details for all authors.
• Include an abstract summarizing the key findings.
• List relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
• Properly cite all references using the specified citation style (e.g., APA, MLA).
• Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via our online submission system.

File Formats

We accept manuscripts in the following formats: DOC, DOCX. Please ensure the file size does not exceed 10MB.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Submissions are initially assessed by the editorial office for suitability and adherence to guidelines. Suitable manuscripts are then sent to at least two independent expert reviewers for evaluation. The final decision (accept, revise, reject) is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers' recommendations.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

To cover the costs associated with publication (including peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and archiving), IMSJ charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of a manuscript.

The current APC is [₹499 (Indian Authors)+18% GST or $20 USD (Authors not residing in India)].

Waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income countries or based on specific criteria. Please contact the editorial office for more information.
